Access Codes allow you to give select customers private access to tickets or seats that are not available to the general public. Use them to offer special purchasing options for specific groups such as VIPs, members, exhibitors, sponsors, or presale buyers. Access Codes can be single-use, multi-use, or time-restricted.
Example: Exhibitor Pass Management
One EventSprout client is using Access Links to allow each individual Exhibitor to claim their event passes.
Control Pass Quantities by Exhibitor
Depending on the booth size, the Exhibitor can have a different number of passes per day.
The Exhibitor can share the link with employees or volunteers so they can claim their own passes. Or, the Exhibitor can claim all available passes and distribute them directly. Once the maximum number of passes have been claimed for a specific day, no additional tickets can be claimed for that day.
The Access Link can either be added to public-facing ticket types or only display the special access ticket option(s).
Show Remaining Passes at a Glance
Each link can also display a prompt indicating how many passes are still available to claim.
