After a weekend of fun, camaraderie, networking and inspiring TEDxWilmington talks, we will be getting together for dinner at the Delaware Center for Horticulture (https://thedch.org/) in Wilmington, Delaware, at 7pm. Our guest chef is Chef Robbie Jester, winner of Netflix's "Pressure Cooker". Robbie will be preparing a specially curated menu just for us.
Dinner will be:
- Pear and Gorgonzola Salad with "Everything" Croutons and Poppy Vinaigrette
- Roasted Tenderloin over Lobster Mashed Potatoes with Honeyed Carrots, Tarragon Aioli, Shallot Salad
- Deconstructed Black Forest Cake, Bourbon Cherries, Espresso Chocolate Crema
Along with Robbie, we will also be having a private whiskey tasting by Virginia Distillery Company (https://vadistillery.com/) for all of those who have an interest. For everyone else, there will be cold beer, mixed drinks and non-alcoholic options.
