August 2nd to August 6th 2023     

The Ogle County Fair is fun for all ages. We have it all; from sugar powdered funnel cakes, musicians, friendly animals and many on ground free shows. Ogle County Fair is a unique experience for the entire family.  We offer exciting shows to see and  grandstand events that are sure to make you smile.    Discounted On-line tickets available till midnight Aug. 1st.    Regular prices begin the 1st day of fair.  No exceptions.

We offer free on-grounds shows and carnival rides with gate admission.  Live music in the evening at the pavilion. We have Grandstand events every night during the fair.   2 Rodeo Shows, YES Doubled the shows for more fun!     

Fair Hours

Fair closes 10pm Wed/ Thurs / Friday / Saturday  | SUNDAY Fair closes @ 4pm             

4 years of age and under FREE, no carnival wristband.  4 years of age and under can purchase a separate Carnival wristband for $5 for the day.

5 Day Gate Admission ( 5 days of main gate admission, one per day ) | $40 per person including carnival wristband. 

(Includes 1 Gate entrance [per person] each day of fair with 1 carnival wristband per day).   

Regular price when purchased Aug. 2nd  - 6th is $10 including carnival wrist band.

5-Day (1 per day) Grandstand Pass (Includes 5 Grandstand Events) | $40 per person. 

Includes 1 GRANDSTAND entrance [ per person, ] each day of fair. CANNOT BE USED TWICE ON DAY OF RODEO.     

*Big Hat Rodeo on Aug. 4th will have 2 Shows; 2pm and 7pm.  Same show, twice the fun, SAME Price per show : $8 per person!

Wednesday, August 2nd -  Illini Stock and Tractor  Pull  @ 6:30pm 

Thursday, August 3rd - Illini TRUCK and Tractor Pull@ 6:30pm                                                                        

Friday, August 4th - Big Hat Rodeo NEW 2 times Same Shows, twice the fun @ 2pm & 7pm   

Saturday, August 5th - Demolition Derby @ 6:00pm       

Sunday, August 6th - Tri-County Pullers @ 1:00pm     

PIT Passes for Grandstand Events are sold on the day of the event. Sales begin 1 hour before the start of the event at the Fair Office.  Pit Pass = $20 per person

Carnival Rides 

Schedule: Rides are open during the following schedule. Any Additional wristbands cost $4 per person. Wristband is good for 1 day only, no exceptions.

Wed, Aug 2nd 6pm to 10pm

Thurs, Aug 3rd 5pm to 10pm 

Fri, Aug 4th 3pm to 10pm 

Sat, Aug 5th 12pm to 10pm 

Sun, Aug 6th 11am to 4pm
